World Cup tickets purchased on Ticketmaster will be mobile and will feature details like section number, row and seat number. Per FIFA Ticketing Regulations, tickets will not be delivered until May at the earliest.  Once tickets are delivered, you can access your ticket info by signing in at this link(Opens in new tab) and navigating to My Tickets on the top right. Tickets will also be available in the FIFA app closer to the tournament.

For the 2026 World Cup, ticket barcodes may be assigned closer to the event (24-48 hours ahead) to help prevent unauthorized ticket sales.

After buying World Cup tickets on Ticketmaster, you will receive an order confirmation email. Note that this email is not your ticket—you will receive your ticket(s) separately.

Note: Your World Cup tickets will be delivered and managed in the FIFA World Cup 2026 App, not the Ticketmaster App.

To access any World Cup tickets that you bought on Ticketmaster, you must create a FIFA ID that matches your Ticketmaster email. Here’s how to purchase and access your World Cup tickets:

1. Download the FIFA World Cup 2026 App(Opens in new tab).

2. Create or sign in to your FIFA account using the same email address you used to purchase your tickets on Ticketmaster.

3. You can then access your ticket(s) in one of two ways:

Tickets already in your account: Your tickets may have been transferred directly to your FIFA account. Simply sign in to the FIFA World Cup 2026 App using your Ticketmaster email to access them.

Accept tickets via email: You may have received an email from FIFA with instructions on how to access their tickets. Select the “Accept Tickets” link in the email and follow the prompts to create or sign in to your FIFA account using your Ticketmaster email. Once done, your tickets will be available within the FIFA World Cup 2026 App.

Important: Tickets must be accepted at least 60 minutes prior to kickoff. Any tickets not accepted within this timeframe will be invalid.

4. Add your tickets to your mobile wallet. Your phone is your ticket.

For World Cup 2026 matches, you can purchase up to 4 tickets per match per household*. To purchase more than 4 tickets per match, you must purchase official hospitality packages.

Here are more details on the amount of tickets you can purchase for the World Cup 2026:

• No more than 4 tickets per match per household
• No more than 40 total tickets per household for the tournament

*The household total includes all ticket purchases from all accounts using the same postal address.
